3rd Grade Narrative - Ice Fishing (Christopherson)

 

Out Fishing

Do you have a fish house?  I do!

One afternoon my dad and I went to the fish house.  We caught a fish right away!!!!!  Then my dad took a nap because he had to wake up early that morning.

Since he took a nap, I played my DS.  I played my DS until. . . RING ALING DING!!  It was a fish.  I had to hurry.  It was pulling fast.  "The fish," I cried to my dad!  But, too bad he couldn't see me catch the big fish.  "I caught it!" That's what I said when he woke up.  I hugged him and said it was the best day I will ever have with you even though you were asleep!!

3rd Grade - The People in My House (Barthel)

The first thing you will hear when you walk into my house is the T.V.  My house is all brown.  It has 9 windows and 2 doors.  It is really cozy.  

My brother is 11 years old.  His name is Tristan.  We fight a lot.  In the summer he shoots any rabbit he sees because my mom tells him to.  My brother is a good brother.  

My dad is David.  He is usually hunting or fishing.  He barely cooks.  He works at Essers.  He has a gray truck.  We wrestle on the floor.   

My mom is Lori.  My mom works most of the time.  I like to play dog with her and I like to cook with her.  My mom has a white car.  She works at the middle school as a special ed teacher. 

At night the last thing I hear is the T.V.  My house is great and the people in it are awesome.

3rd Grade - Smack, Ouch, Thud!! (Barthel)

Smack, Ouch, Thud!!

This is the sound of my brother and sister fighting.  My sister always wins the fight, but it's still fun to watch!  We live in a white house with two bathroooms and five bedrooms.

Who has a beard, brown hair and is tall?  My dad, that's who.  His job is to milk 44 cows and drive tractor his is awesome!

My mom's name is Jen.  She likes to travel.  She does the laundry and does the dishes.  She is a good cook sometimes.  I like her because she helps me with my homework and buys good presents.

 My brother William, he is awesome.  He likes to go B-Bgun hunting.  I go with him.  We help my dad in the barn.  I milk cows with him.    

Jimmy and Gracey are the rest of my troop.  We are triplets.  The like to play Wii, pix-os, and fight.  We never have fun together.  It is a rough life!

Finally the last two.  Macey is 3 and Lucey is 1.  Macey is a devil and Lucey is a dare devil.  They are my little sisters. 

That is my family.  There are 8 of them.  It's a lot of work writing about my family!
